THE TRAIL ACCESS DEBATE wears on in this paper, with the arguments never changing. What is different this time is that the Marin Board of Supervisors has stepped up as directors of our open space, and are seeking new solutions to address user conflict on our open space trails.

Bill's Trail in Samuel P. Taylor Park
After almost 20 years of advocating for access to
Bill's Trail in Samuel P. Taylor park, the final EIR is out which has
determined, that bikes will be allowed on Bill' Trail. We'd like to thank State
Parks for all the work that went into completing the EIR and we look forward to
helping with any modifications needed on the trail and to most of all riding
it.
