Marin Voice:
It is time for trail access for all

THE TRAIL ACCESS DEBATE wears on in this paper, with the arguments never changing. What is different this time is that the Marin Board of Supervisors has stepped up as directors of our open space, and are seeking new solutions to address user conflict on our open space trails.

Stafford Lake Bike Park Master Plan Approved

m
Tuesday, November 15, was a great day for the Stafford Lake Bike Park! The park is now one giant step closer to becoming a reality.

The Marin County Board of Supervisors approved the Bike Park Master Plan and adopted the environmental document, which means the construction documents can be developed and fundraising will begin for the construction phase of the project.

Thanks to all those who have supported this project by attending park design workshops, commission meetings, joining the mailing list and writing in with comments, etc. This is a big day for the community of Marin, and for cyclist in northern California.

Please stayed tuned for progress reports, volunteer opportunities and to learn how you can support the fundraising effort.
